  • Where is the store based?

    Allentown, PA

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! International shipping starts at $10 and can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to arrive depending on how well your country handles mail. Some countries, like England, impose extra fees to receive international mail. I am not responsible for those fees, so please be aware that you may be charged extra by your country!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    My official turnaround time is 6-10weeks but I try my hardest to get cases out before then. Whipped cream cases are made as soon as I have the pieces together and a layout approved while rhinestone and layered cases are made in chronological order! This speeds everything up and ensures your case gets to you quickly and safely.
    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What do you make your cases with?

    My cases are made with high-quality, 100% silicone, and industrial strength glue.
